Christina Guereca

Christina Guereca is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and real estate sectors. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Facilities Operations at Pacific Clinics since May 2021, Christina oversees strategic planning and management for clinical and non-clinical sites across the organization. Previous roles include Director of Facilities Management for Pacific Clinics (formerly Uplift Family Services), Facilities Manager for JLL overseeing healthcare clinics, and Facility Manager for Conduent in the Southern California region. Christina has also held positions with CBRE, Dex Media, Providence Health & Services, Craig Realty Group, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, demonstrating a comprehensive ability to manage operations, maintain infrastructure, and enhance workplace experiences. Christina holds Associate's Degrees in Interior Design from Brooks College.
