Trevor Lighten

Trevor Lighten serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The Lighten Group since September 2019, specializing in home health and hospice consulting with a focus on PDGM readiness, licensing, accreditation, and sales and marketing solutions. As the Owner of Pacific Coast Homecare since May 2020 and previously the Owner/Operator of Lighten Home Health and Hospice from August 2014 to May 2020, Trevor has extensive experience in healthcare administration and marketing. Prior experience at Merck Pharmaceuticals included roles as a Respiratory Sales Specialist, District Trainer, and Regional Business Analyst from 2004 to 2014, where notable achievements included multiple awards for sales excellence and leadership. Trevor holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a Marketing emphasis from Brigham Young University.
