Luisa Sotelo

Luisa Sotelo currently serves as the Director of Finance and Operations at Pacific Community Ventures since November 2023. Prior to this role, Luisa had a significant tenure at Asylum Access from September 2012 to November 2023, where notable positions included Global Finance Director, Global Finance Associate Director, Finance and Accounting Manager, and Finance and Accounting Officer. In these roles, Luisa was responsible for building financial management capacity, standardizing accounting practices across various subsidiaries, establishing internal controls and auditing frameworks, and preparing financial reports for stakeholders. Luisa began a career in finance as a Freelance Bookkeeper while obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from San Francisco State University. Additional education includes a degree in Fashion Design from Parsons School of Design.
