Daniel Figueroa is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in kitchen management and leadership. Currently serving as Area Manager and Area Head Chef at Pacific Concepts since January 2019, Daniel previously held the position of Head Chef at Rockpool Dining Group from July 2016 to January 2019, where multiple Head Chef roles were undertaken. Earlier experience includes roles as Sous Chef at Rockpool Dining Group, MGM Grand Macau, and Jumeirah Group, as well as a Chef de Partie at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts. Daniel began the culinary career as Commis at Café Atlantique from January 2006 to December 2008. Daniel holds a degree in Professional Cook from Academia de Artes Culinarias de Caracas, completed in 2005.
