Head Of Product Design And Innovation at Pacific Cycle Group

Terry Cyr started their work experience in 2008, as a Design Director at Spin Master Corp, where they managed a team of product designers and model makers. Terry was responsible for concept development, presenting concepts to management, industrial design, prototyping, engineering drawings, and product costing. In 2013, they joined Pacific Cycle - Schwinn, Mongoose, Kid Trax as the Sr. Director of Product Development. In this role, they oversaw the in-house Industrial Design team and led concept development for various products including bikes, e-bikes, scooters, and bicycle accessories. Recently, in July 2021, they were promoted to Head of Product Design and Innovation at Pacific Cycle.

Terry Cyr attended the University of Maine at Orono from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Following this, from 1994 to 1996, Terry Cyr furthered their education at the Fashion Institute of Technology, obtaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Toy Design.
