Niraj Srivastava has a wealth of experience in various roles within the technology and defense industries. Niraj is currently the Vice President of Battle Management Command and Control at Pacific Defense since January 2020. Prior to that, they were a Product Line Manager for Multi-Domain Battle Management at Raytheon from August 2018 to January 2020. From July 2010 to January 2020, they served as a Senior Manager at Raytheon Intelligence and Information Systems. Niraj also held a position as a Principal Program Manager at Microsoft from September 2009 to July 2010. Before that, they were a Director at Interactive Supercomputing, Inc. from July 2008 to September 2009. Niraj'searlier experience includes being a Senior Technologist at HP from November 1999 to June 2008, a Senior Consultant at Clam Associates from 1998 to 1999, and a Consultant at Saudi Aramco from 1994 to 1998. Niraj began their career as a Technical Support Manager at Thinking Machines Corporation, where they played a key role in expanding the company's business in Saudi Arabia.

Niraj Srivastava obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from Washington University in St. Louis, attending the institution from 1978 to 1983. Subsequently, they pursued a Ph.D. in Computational Physics from the University of Rhode Island, completing their doctoral studies from 1984 to 1991.
