Atul Talwar

Atul Talwar has a diverse work experience in various managerial roles within the retail and development industries. Atul started their career in 1999 as the Head of Business Development for Home Stores Limited, where they focused on expanding the company's retail business. From 2005 to 2009, Atul worked as the Head of Properties at Spencer's Retail Limited, overseeing the real estate strategy and plans for the company in North India. Atul then joined Advance India Projects Ltd. in 2009 as the Vice President of Mall Management & Leasing, where they were responsible for leasing all retail developments and managing a team of professionals. In 2012, they moved to Collage Group as the Senior Vice President of Leasing.
