Chris Tilp

Chris Tilp is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a People Operations Generalist at PEC - Pacific Energy Concepts since May 2023. Previously, Chris worked as a Sourcing Recruiter at Prime Video & Amazon Studios, where responsibilities included driving hiring efforts for the launch of the “Freevee” channel. Prior to that, Chris held the position of Corporate Talent Acquisition Supervisor at Entertainment Technology Partners, overseeing the entire recruiting process and collaborating with leadership to address talent needs. Additional experience includes roles at The Ritz-Carlton & JW Marriott Orlando, Holland America Line, and EF International Language Campuses, where Chris developed skills in recruitment, communications, events coordination, and instruction.
