Alma Jane Castillo (AJ)

Alma Jane "AJ" Castillo has extensive experience in the medical coding and healthcare training fields. Currently serving as a Medical Coding Specialist at Pacific HealthWorks, LLC since January 2022, AJ also works as an Independent Contractor for MedCare Data Processing Services. Previously, AJ held the position of US Certified Medical Coder at PMAXGlobal. From July 2005 to December 2015, AJ was the Chief Executive Officer of MedCare Professional Institute, which focused on training remote medical professionals and consulting for foreign clients hiring Philippine Independent Contractors. AJ's earlier experience includes a role as Operations Manager, Training Development Officer, and Transcription Account Manager at Virtualance. AJ earned a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Velez College and a Bachelor of Arts in Community Service from International College of Christian Ministry.
