Glenn Roper is a Senior Attorney at the Pacific Legal Foundation since February 2019, following a notable tenure as Deputy Solicitor General at the Colorado Attorney General's Office from August 2015 to February 2019. Prior to this, Glenn served as a Partner at Reilly Pozner, specializing in Civil Trial and Appellate law from March 2009 to July 2015, and held the position of Deputy Associate Counsel in the Office of Counsel to the President at The White House from March 2008 to January 2009. An Associate at Arnold & Porter LLP from September 2006 to March 2008, Glenn also gained judicial experience as a Law Clerk for Judge David M. Ebel at the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit from August 2005 to August 2006. Glenn holds a Juris Doctor degree from BYU Law School, earned between 2002 and 2005, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Brigham Young University, completed in 2002.
