Steven Anderson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within prominent organizations. Since September 2016, Steven has served as the President and CEO of the Pacific Legal Foundation. Prior to this position, from September 2004 to August 2016, Steven held multiple roles at the Institute for Justice, including Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Managing Vice President, Castle Coalition Director, and Castle Coalition Coordinator. In addition to practical experience, Steven contributed to academia as a Professorial Lecturer in Law at George Washington University School of Law from January 2007 to May 2009. Earlier in Steven's career, from August 2001 to May 2004, an associate position was held at Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog. Steven earned a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Virginia.
