Lee Bowd

Lee Bowd is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Head of Infrastructure at Pacific Life Re since February 2023, after holding the position of Infrastructure Operations Manager. Prior to this, Lee spent over a decade at The Hyde Group, where key responsibilities included managing a major transformation of infrastructure for 1,300 employees and over 100,000 tenants, while providing senior leadership for a 12-member Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure team. Notable achievements include participation in a Talent Development Program for high performers. Additional roles include team leadership positions at UK Power Networks and the Central Office of Information, along with earlier experiences in IT support and Wintel analysis. Education was completed at London Nautical from 1991 to 1995.
