Autumn Ford has over 19 years of experience in the financial and compliance sectors. Beginning as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual from March 2004 to March 2007, Autumn built a client base through relationship development and detailed financial analysis. Since March 2007, Autumn has held various roles at Pacific Life, advancing from Senior Advertising Compliance Analyst to Supervisor, Manager, and then Director in Market Conduct Compliance and Legal and Compliance. In these roles, Autumn has focused on creating policies and procedures that ensure compliance with regulations, managing escalations involving fraud and sales practices, and providing strategic guidance for responses to insurance department inquiries.
