Faye's early career involved roles as a Lead Business Analyst and Programmer Analyst, focusing on technology solutions and collaboration within organizations. Additionally, Faye served as President of the Phoenix Heat Netball Club, demonstrating leadership and community engagement. Faye holds a BTEC HND in Home Economics from Sheffield Hallam University and garnered educational credentials including 9 GCSEs and 2 A levels from Alsager Comprehensive School.
