Rich Isherwood

Rich Isherwood is an experienced actuarial professional currently serving as Vice President and Head of Actuarial Reporting & Forecasting at Pacific Life since February 2022. In this role, Rich leads the enterprise strategy on actuarial reporting, focusing on enhancing reporting capabilities and strengthening partnerships with Finance, FP&A, and Capital Management. Previously, Rich held various positions at PwC from October 2007 to February 2022, including Director, Actuarial Manager, and Senior Actuarial Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed leading actuarial engagements, managing execution teams, and supporting clients in regulatory changes and financial transformations. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Cardiff University.
