Scott Vassar

Scott Vassar has extensive experience in technology and IT services, currently serving as AVP Technology Services at Pacific Life since June 2015. At Pacific Life, a leader in the insurance industry since 1868, Scott plays a key role in technology operations. Previously, Scott held various senior positions at Sitel from July 1994 to June 2015, including AVP Infrastructure, Architecture and Services, where oversight of global IT service delivery was a primary responsibility. Additional roles included VP for IT Solutions and Regional Leader for the Americas and Director of IS Architecture and Financial Services Division, focusing on advanced contact center technology. Earlier in Scott's career, roles at Telenational Communications, Inc. included Sr. Programmer Analyst/Application Development Manager and Programmer and Systems Engineer. Scott Vassar holds a BS in Management Information Systems from Bellevue University and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Programming from Southeast Community College.
