Tiffany Gregath, MBA, CFP, is an accomplished executive with over two decades of experience in internal communications and marketing within the financial services sector, currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of Internal Communications at Pacific Life since November 2002. Tiffany has held various leadership positions at Pacific Life, including Vice President of Marketing for the Workforce Benefits Division and Vice President of Marketing Strategy & Integration for the Life Insurance Division, where responsibilities included developing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance sales and profitability. Tiffany also led creative services for the Retirement Solutions Division, managing teams that developed innovative marketing campaigns and initiated a mobile app strategy. Prior to Pacific Life, Tiffany served as Marketing Manager at Hacker Industries, Inc., where coordination of advertising and trade shows was a key focus. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of California, Irvine, while also having completed education at the College for Financial Planning.
