Zack Smelcer

Zack Smelcer is a seasoned professional in sales and training, currently serving as a Workforce Benefits Sales Consultant at Pacific Life since September 2024. Previously, Zack held the position of Territory Sales Trainer at Colonial Life, where award-winning training and development support was provided to Managers and Agents across Indiana. Prior experience includes working as an Account Executive at Northwest Group Services, focusing on new account development and voluntary benefits implementation. Zack also contributed as an Assistant Track and Field Coach at Liberty-Benton High School and served in various roles at ADP and Menards. Zack Smelcer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Ashland University, obtained in May 2017.
