Liz Marzolf is a Chief People Officer at Port Blakely, where Liz drives the long-term people strategy and oversees all aspects of the employee experience. Liz has a background in HR, organizational development, and education, with experience in leading human resources for various organizations such as Starbucks and WeWork. Liz holds a PhD in Educational Leadership with a focus on organizational change and has taught courses in education departments at Antioch University and the University of Washington. Liz has a passion for creating effective learning communities and leveraging organizations' greatest asset, its people.
