Gordon West

Gordon West serves as an Assistant Professor at Pacific Lutheran University since August 2022 and holds adjunct faculty positions at Maryville University of Saint Louis and Central Michigan University. With a robust nursing background, Gordon worked as a Primary Care Registered Nurse for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and previously held leadership roles at Madigan Army Medical Center, where responsibilities included directing research programs and providing decision support for nursing care. With extensive experience in nursing science and public health, Gordon has contributed to the advancement of healthcare through research and mentorship. Gordon earned a PhD in Nursing from the Uniformed Services University and holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Baylor University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from McMurry University.
