Rhoberta Haley

Rhoberta Haley currently serves as the Dean of the School of Nursing at Pacific Lutheran University, a role held since February 2024. Previously, Rhoberta held the position of Dean of the School of Nursing and Health Professions at Chaminade University of Honolulu from May 2019 to February 2024, and served as Assistant Dean at Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science from June 2018 to February 2019. Rhoberta's extensive leadership experience also includes roles such as Chief Academic Officer at Arizona College, Campus President at Chamberlain College of Nursing, and Director of Nursing at Olivet Nazarene University. In academia, Rhoberta has directed programs and held professorships at multiple institutions, including Azusa Pacific University, Touro University Nevada, and Purdue University. Rhoberta earned a PhD in Nursing from the University of San Diego, an MN in Nursing from UCLA, and a BSN in Nursing from California State University-Sacramento.
