Elizabeth Nasharr

Elizabeth Nasharr is an experienced professional in marine science and conservation, currently serving as the Grant & Donor Funded Programs Coordinator at the Pacific Marine Mammal Center since November 2022. Prior roles include Marine Mammal Research Technician at Dauphin Island Sea Lab, where responsibilities involved conducting photo identification and biopsy surveys of Bottlenose dolphins, as well as serving as a Teacher Assistant to enhance education through field trips and material presentation. Other notable positions include Communications Intern at Inland Ocean Coalition, Animal Rescue Team Intern at Clearwater Marine Aquarium, and Wildlife Rehabilitation Volunteer at Fox Valley Wildlife Center. Elizabeth holds a degree in Biology with a focus on Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from The University of Alabama and has engaged in various conservation projects and research initiatives throughout their career.
