Kirsten Matthews

Assistant Director, Contract Administration & Arbitration Special Grievance Policies at Pacific Maritime Association

Kirsten Matthews has extensive experience in labor relations and contract administration, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Contract Administration & Arbitration Special Grievance Policies at the Pacific Maritime Association since January 2008. In this role, Kirsten negotiates collective bargaining agreements with the International Longshore and Warehouse Union, provides training for Member Companies, and oversees recruitment and onboarding processes. Previously, Kirsten held positions at Williams Sonoma Inc. as a Merchandise Operations Coordinator and at Career Group Inc. as a Recruiting Coordinator. Kirsten earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor's degree in Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
