Kim Fricke

Kim Fricke has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Kim worked as the Director of Operations at Pacific Medical Centers starting in 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Moses Lake Community Health Center from 2015 to 2019, where they oversaw the operations and financial performance of the center. From 2007 to 2015, they held multiple roles at Providence Health System, including Director of Business for the Family Medicine Residency and Family Medicine Center, where they improved revenue and managed a large team. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Operations at Valley Family Health Care, where they implemented programs to increase production. Kim also gained experience outside the healthcare field as the General Manager at Outback Steakhouse.
