David Judi has over 17 years of experience in engineering and research, specializing in Earth system science and predictability. At Pacific Northwest National Laboratory since January 2015, David has held multiple leadership roles, including Division Director of Earth System Science, Group Leader for Earth System Predictability and Resiliency, Interim Director of the Joint Global Change Research Institute, and Hydrology Group Leader. Prior to this, David worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory as an Engineer from June 2006 to January 2015 and at Psomas as an Engineer from 2003 to 2005. David obtained a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Utah, where studies were completed from 2003 to 2009.
