Pacific Northwest National Laboratory - PNNL
Greg Exarhos is a distinguished Laboratory Fellow Emeritus at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, with a career spanning over four decades focused on fundamental research in thin films and the application of various optical spectroscopic techniques. Exarhos has contributed significantly to the development of transparent conducting oxide materials as well as the synthesis of glass and ceramic materials. Previously, Exarhos served as an Assistant Professor at Harvard University, where teaching and guiding student research on cation motion in oxide phases and electron-beam surface modification were central responsibilities. Exarhos holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Brown University and an A.B. in Chemistry and Physics from Lawrence University.
