James McVey

James McVey is an experienced Ocean Engineer at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, focusing on mechanical and offshore design-build-test of oceanographic systems and data analysis for marine renewable energy. Previously, James served as a Post-Masters Research Associate on the marine technology team, contributing to environmental monitoring systems.
