Rebecca Tapio

Rebecca Tapio is an experienced Energy Systems Analyst at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, specializing in climate adaptation, equity, energy policy, and regulatory economic analysis since January 2022. Previous roles include Project Manager at Section4, Senior Research Aide at The Research Foundation for SUNY, and Data Analyst Consultant at Syracuse University - Maxwell School, where Rebecca developed an equity index for identifying underserved communities.
