Following that, they pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in Civil Engineering at the same institution, completing their studies in 1992. Roger further expanded their knowledge by earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, which they accomplished from 1992 to 1996.
