At Pacific Office Automation, they initially served as an IT Manager, overseeing projects related to technology and infrastructure for multiple locations. In 2017, they were promoted to the role of Facilities Infrastructure and Technology Manager, where they continued to manage various projects including network planning, telephone and video conference system implementation, and facilities management. Brian has strong experience in disaster recovery planning, budgeting, vendor management, and employee development in the IT field.
