Erika Herman's work experience starts in 2011 as a Seasonal Laborer at Naval Sea Systems Command. In 2012, they become the Front of House Lead at WSU Hospitality Catering Services, where they are responsible for scheduling and managing a team for service events. In 2013, they work as a Food and Beverage Intern at Hyatt at Olive 8, gaining exposure to different areas of the hotel. Erika also works as a Food and Beverage & Rooms Extern at Waldorf Astoria Park City, where they shadow managers and gains experience in a managerial role. In 2014, they become a Food and Beverage Intern at Grand Hyatt Seattle, running the Grand Club and learning bartending. Erika also works as a Cougar Connector at Washington State University, handling calls and assisting with admissions. In 2015, they become a Food & Beverage MDP at Hilton Worldwide, specializing in food and beverage operations. Lastly, in 2016, they become an Account Manager at Pacific Office Automation.
Erika Herman attended Washington State University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management. In 2013, they also participated in a study abroad program with a focus on Hospitality Business Management.
