Lama Isse

Lama Isse has a strong background in information technology, with experience in various roles and organizations. Starting in 2015, they worked as an Information Technology Service Student Intern at Clackamas Community College, where they gained experience in maintaining and updating hardware and software, as well as responding to help desk requests.

In 2016, Lama joined Gladstone School District 115 as an Information Technology Student Services Intern, where they further developed their skills in IT support. They then moved on to the Oregon Historical Society, working as a Desktop Support Technician. In this role, Lama responded to technology requests, troubleshooted errors, and set up and maintained A/V needs for on-site events.

Lama's next position was at North Clackamas Schools, where they held the role of Information Technology Specialist from September 2017 to August 2022. During this time, they contributed to the efficient functioning of the IT department and provided support to staff members.

In 2022, Lama worked at Assured Technology Solutions as a Technology Specialist Tier 2, utilizing their expertise in technology support. Later in the same year, they joined Pacific Office Automation in a similar role.

Overall, Lama Isse possesses a diverse range of technical skills and experiences, making them a valuable asset in the field of information technology.

Lama Isse began their education by attending Clackamas Community College from 2012 to 2015, where they studied Computer Application Support. Lama then proceeded to Damascus University from 2007 to 2011, where they focused on Psychological Counseling. Afterward, they returned to Clackamas Community College and acquired a degree in Network Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Lama Isse has obtained several certifications. Lama obtained their A+ Certification from CompTIA in June 2017. Later, they acquired the CompTIA Network+ certification from CompTIA in December 2022. In March 2023, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ certification from the same institution. Finally, in July 2023, they achieved the Microsoft Azure 700 certification from Microsoft.
