Sean Angelo C. has a diverse work experience that spans across different industries. Sean Angelo started their career as a Videographer at Sky Lantern Studio in 2012, specializing in shooting and editing photos and videos for various events and clients.

In 2014, Sean joined INCTSV as an Assistant Technical Lead, where they demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and provided exceptional technical support, exceeding performance standards.

In 2019, Sean transitioned to Pacific Office Automation as an Information Technology Technician, responsible for managing installations and repairs for network systems of copiers and printers. Sean Angelo also provided technical direction and training to their coworkers.

Promoted to the role of Managed IT Services Field Technician in 2020, Sean took on additional responsibilities, including troubleshooting, analyzing, and maintaining servers, network copiers, and printers. Sean Angelo also handled various IT infrastructures such as Cloud Services, Cyber Security, VoIP Services, Managed Print, and Software Solutions.

Currently, Sean holds the position of Tier 2 Managed IT Services Field Technician at Pacific Office Automation, where they continue to provide technical support and resolve technical problems for clients while maintaining documentation of client systems and networks.
