Crystal Ness-Godoy

Crystal Ness-Godoy has a diverse and extensive work experience in the banking industry. Crystal began their career at Bank of America in 2001, where they served as an AVP, Premier Client Manager for nearly 8 years. In 2009, they joined Vantage Bank Texas as the VP, Marketing and Communications Manager, and held this position until 2013. Crystal then transitioned to JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they worked as a Client Service Professional for almost 2 years. In 2015, they joined Citizens Business Bank as the AVP, Marketing Content and Product Officer, a role they held for 3 years. Crystal'smost recent role was at Pacific Premier Bank, where they started in 2018 as the VP, Marketing Content Manager and later was promoted to the 1st VP, Director of Marketing Operations in 2020.

Crystal Ness-Godoy holds a BA degree in Business Administration-Marketing from California State University-San Bernardino. Crystal further pursued their education and obtained an MBA degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. In addition to their degrees, Crystal obtained the certification for "The Effective Leader" from the Center for Creative Leadership in November 2021.
