Cheyne Michael Rippey

Cheyne Michael Rippey, MA, is an accomplished educational leader and talent management specialist, currently serving as the Founder of The Giftedness Group®, where a focus on Talent Encouragement nurtures individual motivation. Cheyne also serves as a Faculty Assistant and Lecturer at Pacific Rim Christian University, delivering engaging master's degree courses and leading financial education initiatives for students. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Vice President of Partnerships at TruMotivate, Enrollment Advisor at Noodle, and Academic Supervisor for Distance Learning at Calvary Chapel Bible College. Cheyne holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from Dallas Theological Seminary, a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Faith International University, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Social Psychology from Mt. San Jacinto College.
