Anne Retterer

Anne Retterer is currently the Director at PACIFIC SCIENCE CENTER. Prior to this, they were with American Express Global Business Travel from July 2018 to December 2018, where they served as the Acting Director - Commercial Accounts Americas. In this role, they successfully led a formal response to a rebid for a half billion-dollar account, coordinating global efforts and deliverables across several disciplines. Anne was also responsible for the global team of account managers supporting a large technology client, instilling a culture of accountability and innovative thinking.

Previously, Anne was the Director of Portfolio Management at Expedia Group from January 2008 to December 2014. In this role, they were responsible for the adoption of NPS assessment for Commercial Americas, owned all client contract commitments, financials, and key project deliverables, and built strategic relationships and innovative solutions across a complex matrix environment.

Anne is also a Co-Founder of Mindspand Inc.

Anne Retterer has a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management with a focus in international finance and derivatives. Anne also has a certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in Certified SAFe 5 Agilist. Additionally, they have MBA studies from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México in international negotiations, strategy, and economics with a focus on LATAM and coursework that is 50% in Spanish. Finally, they have a degree in graphic design from UC Berkeley Extension.
