Michelle Shelor has extensive experience in the financial industry, having worked at Pacific Service Credit Union as the SVP/Chief Operating Officer since January 2010. Prior to that, Michelle held various positions at Wescom Credit Union from 2000 to 2009, including Consumer Lending Manager and Branch Manager II. Michelle has experience managing underwriting and loan servicing, as well as leading and managing teams to achieve growth and exceed goals. Michelle holds degrees from Chapman University and Western CUNA Management School.
