Jesse Isola

Jesse Isola has a strong background in CRM and customer retention, with experience in directing loyalty programs and overseeing multiple channels such as email, SMS, and push notifications. They have held leadership roles at companies including PACSUN, MoxieLash, and Road Runner Sports, where they strategized and executed on retention and loyalty marketing initiatives. Jesse also has experience in digital communications and marketing, having served as the Vice President of Communications and Digital for WISE (Women in Sports and Events, Inc.) and as a Show Marketing Manager at Live Nation Entertainment, where they led marketing efforts for national tours and concerts and managed media relations activities.
