Michael McKenzie has a diverse background in IT eCommerce and web development, with experience in various industries. Michael began their career as a Web Developer at Color Design Innovations, Inc., where they built and developed websites for the company and their clients. Michael then moved on to work as a Web Developer for The Limited, where they focused on e-commerce web development. At ELOQUII, Michael played a major role in launching the company's website.
Michael later joined Tory Burch as a Web Developer and eventually became the Manager of Digital Development, where they led a team of web developers and implemented new processes. After Tory Burch, Michael worked at Accenture as a Digital Technology Developer Manager, specializing in Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects.
At Diane von Furstenberg, they served as a Technical Lead, providing technical expertise and managing a team of developers for Salesforce Commerce Cloud integrations. Michael then joined L'Oréal as a Director of IT eCommerce, acting as a technical liaison and success lead for the America's Digital IT Team.
Prior to their current role as a Senior Director of IT eCommerce at PACSUN, Michael worked at Salesforce as a Technical Architect, solving complex solutions across Salesforce products and the cloud-computing ecosystem.
Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated strong leadership skills and technical expertise, collaborating with executive stakeholders and managing teams to deliver successful projects.
Michael McKenzie has studied Computer Science and Web Development at Columbus State Community College. In addition to their education, they have obtained certifications such as Salesforce Certified Commerce Cloud Digital Developer in 2017, Google Analytics Platform Principles in 2014, and Certified Demandware Developer in 2013.
