Richard Alleshouse

Richard Alleshouse, PE, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the water attraction industry. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Flow Services Inc. since October 2014, Alleshouse has focused on sheet wave and waterpark maintenance and refurbishment. Concurrently, as Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Pacific Surf Designs, Inc., Alleshouse specializes in designing and building water attractions for the entertainment and hospitality sectors. Prior roles include Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Product Manager at Wave Loch, Inc., where Alleshouse oversaw the global engineering and installation of FlowRiders, among other responsibilities. Alleshouse's early career includes positions in construction management and engineering, complemented by an MBA from the Rady School of Management and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley.
