John Mark Jennings

John Mark Jennings is the current director at Pacific Symphony. John has also worked as an attorney at Kutak Rock and In-N-Out Burger. Jennings has prosecuted and defended business litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout the country. John has represented clients in the automotive industry, technology companies, employment claims, financial services, corporate director and officer litigation, contract disputes, general liability issues, insurance matters, healthcare issues, intellectual property disputes, commercial and personal lending practices, premises liability, insolvency issues, Small Business Administration lending, unfair competition claims, fraud, negligence, breaches of fiduciary duty, and other complex business torts. Jennings is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, all United States District Courts in California, the United States Tax Court, and all courts of the State of California. Jennings is also involved in various community organizations such as Mission Lutheran Church, Laguna Niguel Chamber of Commerce, Laguna Niguel Lions Club, and Federal Bar Association.

John Mark Jennings received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Baylor University, where they studied business management and marketing. John then attended Whittier Law School, where they earned their J.D.
