Phuong Phan

Phuong Phan serves as an Affiliate Instructor of Pharmacy Practice at Pacific University School of Pharmacy since August 2022 and has been a Clinical Pharmacist at Providence Health & Services since April 2020. Previous roles include Clinical Pharmacist, PGY1 Pharmacy Resident, Inpatient Pharmacist, and Inpatient Pharmacy Technician at Providence Health & Services, as well as Staff Pharmacist at Columbia Clinic Urgent Care from October 2020 to August 2021, and Community Pharmacy Intern at Walgreens from September 2015 to January 2020. Phuong Phan obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from Oregon State University College of Pharmacy from 2016 to 2020, a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Portland State University from 2014 to 2016, and an Associate’s Degree in Science Transfer from Portland Community College from 2012 to 2015.
