Glenda Carroll

Glenda Carroll, PCAM®, LSM®, began their work experience as an Association Manager at United Property Associates in 1998 and continued in this role until 2006. Glenda then moved to The Select Group Inc, where they served as a Senior Community Manager from 2006 to 2011. In 2010, Glenda became the Executive Director at FirstService Residential Mid-Atlantic, holding the position until 2015. Following this, they joined TOLL BROTHERS INC as the Assistant Director of Community Associations, eventually advancing to AVP, Director of Community Associations from 2018 to 2022. Currently, Glenda is the Vice President, Regional Account Executive - Homeowner Association Services at Pacific Western Bank starting in 2023. Throughout their career, Glenda has showcased expertise in community and operations management, strategic leadership, and cultivating positive relationships with stakeholders.
