Polly B. Jessen

Ms. Jessen is a Director of PacWest Bancorp and Pacific Western Bank and is a member of their respective Compensation and Human Capital and Nominating and Governance Committees. She is an attorney and founding partner of the law firm Kaplan Kirsch & Rockwell LLP, founded in 2003, where she heads the firm’s environmental practice and served on the management committee in 2019. She advises public and private entities and banks with regard to environmental regulatory compliance, environmental liability risk management, construction and professional contracting, and real estate and land use aspects of real estate acquisition and project development.
