Richard Givens

Richard Givens is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in relationship management and mortgage banking. Currently serving as Vice President and Relationship Manager at Enterprise Bank & Trust since July 2024, Richard has held similar roles at Banc of California and Pacific Western Bank. Prior to this, Richard worked at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a Home Mortgage Consultant and managed the residential mortgage platform at Community Bank. Richard's notable tenure at Citizens Business Bank as Vice President Real Estate Banking Manager involved cultivating lending relationships across Orange County and LA. Richard also has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Resolute Mortgage, in addition to operational management at North American Capital and DITECH MORTGAGE CORP. Richard holds a degree in Linguistics from Eastern New Mexico University and has completed training at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
