Ux/ui Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients. TheUI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our client's needs and help us grow our customer base.

Responsibilities

• Create unique web page designs both for desktop and mobile, focused on improving user experience and increasing lead conversions

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups illustrating website function and appearance. Translate wireframes and whiteboard sketches into high-fidelity mockups

• Be responsible for owning the creative cycle, and work towards successfully growing and developing our website and landing pages

• Report to the Creative Director, and collaborate with other designers, developers, and strategists. Sometimes you’ll be working together hands-on, sometimes you’ll fly solo

• Own various design tasks involved in the web development life cycle from start to finish

• Continuously learn, develop, and grow yourself and others

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Web Designer or UX/UI Designer

• Excellent design competencies and a strong portfolio

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or similar tools

• A solid understanding of UX/UI design principles
