PaTricia ("Trish") E Gibbs is an experienced professional in real estate and legal operations, currently serving as Director of Operations and Consultant at Pacifica Companies since 2016. In this role, Trish has successfully integrated diverse functions across a lean organization operating in over 20 states, promoting collaboration and efficiency. Prior to this position, Trish spent 15 years at First Midwest Group as General Counsel, where responsibilities included project assessment to align with financial and marketing objectives during periods of growth and stability. Trish began a legal career as Assistant General Counsel at Smith&Strauss and holds a J.D. from Northern Illinois University and a B.A. in Political Science from Rockford University.
