Ruth Seaman

Ruth Seaman has extensive experience in education and law enforcement. Since 2011, Ruth has served as a Substitute Teacher at Pacifica School District. Prior to this role, Ruth worked as a Special Agent for the FBI from November 1981 to January 2005, handling a variety of criminal cases and focusing on counterintelligence and security in the latter part of the career. Earlier, Ruth taught fifth and sixth grades at Millard Public Schools from September 1977 to October 1981, where responsibilities included overseeing the "Challenge" program for gifted students. Ruth holds a Master of Science in Public Administration from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Special Education from Wayne State College.
