Clare's career includes significant positions at InterGen Singapore, InterGen HK Ltd, and InterGen UK, all as Development Manager, where Clare focused on the development of gas-fired power stations in Europe. Additionally, Clare has a foundational background as an Operations Analyst at the Electricity Pool and the Electricity Pool of England and Wales from 1992 to 1996.
