Alex Vaz

Alex Vaz, P.E. has extensive experience in the engineering and asset management sectors, currently serving as the Director of Asset Investment Strategy & Policy at PacifiCorp since May 2016. Prior roles at PacifiCorp include Director of Asset Management, Cost Engineering Manager, Senior Engineer II & Functional Lead, Senior Cost Engineer, and Cost Engineer. Prior to this, Alex worked at Franson Civil Engineers from January 2008 to May 2016, starting as an Engineer Intern and advancing to Staff Engineer. Alex holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University.
